During the anna university results are announced by anna university, they use some anna university result legends in the result page. Some students get the legends like WH (With held) and some other anna university legend code in the Anna university result. We have given the meaning of each legend clearly below.
Anna university result Legend
WH 1 – WH 1 means that the result of the student is Withheld for suspected Malpractice
WH 2 – WH 2 means student result is Withheld for want of approval of admission / readmission/ transfer from DTE & Director, Student Affairs.
WH 3 – WH 3 means result is Withheld due to Court Case
WH 4 - WH 4 mean Withheld of result for want of clearance from Director (CEP)
WH 5 – WH 5 mean the result is Withheld for want of clearance from Director (Student Affairs)/Director CUIC
WH 6 : WH 6 means the anna university result is Withheld for want of clarification
WH7 : withheld for want of clarification from the Director (AC) about the additional subjects to be written due to the change of regulation(2001-2004 Batch)
WH8 : withheld for want of clarification from the Director (AC) about the equivalency of subjects for the students admitted in v and vii semester)
S.E means Sports Exemption
WD means With drawal
AB means student is Absent for the exam
SA means student has Shortage of Attendance
AC means Admission is cancelled
NR means Not Registered
