To adjust brightness levels automatically go to the Settings> Brightness & Wallpaper>Auto Brightness ON (green)
Reduce Screen brightness manually
If you are not comfortable with the feature of Auto-Brightness you can always set the brightness levels manually as well. For this you need to go to the Settings> Brightness & Wallpaper> Reduce the brightness level with slider.
Stop the Motion Effects
Background Motion is one of the most interesting features of iOS 7 and its parallax effect is really cool.
