submitting the paper the author must give a declaration that "The
article is mine and has not been published or sent for publication". There
is no deadline for submission.

Fee:
For single author: Rs.600
For two authors: Rs.1000
Foreign Delegates: $ 60
The processing fee includes review
charges, a hard copy for an article.
Note:
Hard copy of the articles published in a form of
an edited book with ISBN. For an article ONE hard copy will be provided.
Additional book will be issued to the authors on request for the book along
with payment of Rs.300. The hard copy will be dispatched within 15 days from
the date of publication. The date of publication should be intimated through
mail for every publication.
